Coombe Wood Golf club covers 67 acres of the historic Coombe Estate located in Kingston Upon Thames and is one of the finest courses at which to play your golf in Surrey.

It’s first Captain was A.J Balfour in 1904-the then Prime Minister.  The course is famed for it’s challenging Par 3′s complimented by tree-lined Par 4′s with blind tee shots and heavily bunkered greens.

The key to playing this tight and often difficult Surrey golf course is to always ensure careful positioning of tee shots.  One of the best exponents of this in recent years has been honorary member and 2004 English Amateur Champion now turned professional James Heath.
